If the product is covered under the guarantee, simply return the bottle or package along with the remaining product. There are no cash or credit refunds on services or soft products (downloadable products). Any unused portion from pre-purchased sessions due to emergency cancellations on your part will be available to be used towards tele-seminars or re-scheduled private sessions. Twenty four hour notice is required if canceling / rescheduling a session otherwise payment for that session will be NOT be credited towards future session.
